He is survived by: his parents, Steve and Susan; his sibling Dennis Johnson; his children, Lannie, Kaylee, Kiersten, Bryanna and Caitlin Johnson (Gerald Jr.); his grandson Tristan; his grandmother Virginia Kabatay; his uncles, Glen Johnson, Gerald Johnson (Veronica), Jeff Johnson (Janet), Jason Kabatay (Tania), George Spencer (Agnes) and Dave Spencer; and his great-aunt Agnes Kabatay. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
