He was predeceased by: his siblings, Melanie Blackjack, Alanna Kabatay and Derek Blackjack; his grandparents, Leonard Whitecrow, Elsie Blackjack, Russell Tenniscoe and Lucy Kabatay; his aunt Tanya Blackjack; and his uncles, Johnny, Ronnie and Leo Whitecrow.

He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Kabatay and Lila Blackjack; his close friends, Mike and Tori Dubois; his brothers, Dominic Blackjack and Travis Blackjack (Chelsey); his nieces and nephews, Kalistah, Travis Jr. and Lillith; his sister Twila Kabatay; his aunts and uncles, Linda Goodchild (Raymond), Karen J. Kabatey, Cheryl Riley (Kelly), Ava Kabatay, Michelle Kabatay, Tyrone Tenniscoe, Susie Langille, Patrick Kabatay, Stephanie Blackjack, Hanna Blackjack (Frank Milwaski), Rodney Edward Ryodell and Bill Allen Ferderber; and also Asher. He is also survived by numerous cousins and a large extended family.
