It is with great sadness that we announce the death of May Edna Matheson (Fort Frances, Ontario), who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of May Edna Matheson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McKenzie and Marta McKenzie; her husband Ivan Matheson (Ike); and her siblings, Lyle, Vernon, David and June.

She is survived by: her children, Jill (Harvey Perry) of Fort Frances, ON, Jack Matheson (Julie) of Thunder Bay, ON, Karen Edwardson and Tom Johnson of Walker, MN; her grandchildren, Tammy (Darcy), Dana (Gene), Eric, Kyle (Laura), Jason (Kilena), Ryan and Trevor (Sarah); and her great grandchildren, Lyndsey, Reece, Ethan, Ryan, Evelyn, Marly May, Nellie, Grace and Bauer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
