He was predeceased by: his parents, Rankin Brown and Lena Brown; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Armstrong; his parents-in-law, Vic and Liz Armstrong; his siblings, Althea Filmore, Hugh and Allison Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Armstrong (Wilma) and Doreen Kaus.
He is survived by: his brothers, Ralph (Mavis), Vaughan (Alfred), Warren (Wallace) and Melbourne (Peggy); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Ganyo (Rick) of Eagan, MN and Reg Kaus of Rainy River. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews.
A private family graveside service will be held and public memorial service will be announced when the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
