He was predeceased by: his wife Arleen; his son Patrick; his parents, Walter and Adeline; his brothers, Jim, Bob and Pete; and his sister-in-law Roberta Jeffery.

He is survived by: his son Robert (Gaye); his grandchildren, Meredith and Corey; his daughter Tammy (John); his grandchildren, Jaclyn (Zack) and Jonathan (Nicci); his son Jeffery (Janice); his grandchildren, Carly and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Nora and Josie; and his sister-in-law Esther Dodd. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
