He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Pointer and Violet Pointer; and his siblings, Lloyd, Carman, Cliff and Linda. He was also cherished by 6 nieces.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a private family burial has taken place in Fort Frances.
