She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Chapman and Adeline Chapman; her stepfather Joseph Armstrong; her siblings, Ross Chapman (Lorraine), Coralie Comba and Gloria Sawka; and her siblings-in-law, Cynthia, Jim Sawka, Keith Comba and Brad Connolly.

She is survived by: her children, Ken, Frank Jr. (Nina), Diane Nancy (Brian) and Randy (Susan); her grandchildren, Brittany, Jonathan (Becky), Lacie, Dalton, Robie, Randy, Bobby, Gary, Joseph, Zachary, David, Franklin, Maria, Jasmine, Janelle, Jarrod and Ryan; her siblings, Gary Chapman, Adalyn Connolly and David Chapman (Lynn); and her husband Frank Ball. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
