Bertram Lawrence Smeeth Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2019, at the age of 93, Bertram Lawrence Smeeth (Fort Frances, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Smeeth and Maude Smeeth (Carnduff); his parents-in-law, Sidney and Florence Ward; his daughter Judith Carter; his sister Mildred Bolzan; and his parents-in-law, Bill Wilde, Roy Stromberg, Charlie Viddal, Albert Ward (Ollie), Stan Ward, Ike Eisenhauer, Don Kerr, Charles Lawrence, Robert Ward (Elsie), Leslie Ward and Joan Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Patti DeGagne (Maurice), Don (Sylvia), Cathy DeGagne (Randy) and Bev McCoy (Mike); his son-in-law Lawrence Carter; his sisters, Hazel Wilde and Ruth Viddal; and his siblings-in-law, Olive Eisenhauer, Gladys Kerr, Violet Lawrence, Millie Ward, Sidney Ward and Don Ward (Sybil). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
