He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine; and his son Teddy Winger. He is survived by: his children, Cathy (Dawn), Jim (Donna), Victor (Linda), Judy Fulton (Allan), Barbe Bronco (David) and Jeff Winger (Janice); and his grandchildren, John, Tara, Michelle, Marc, Brian, Andrew, Cassandra, Kaitlyn, Karissa and Cruise. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
