He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Angela Brooks; his children, Darryl Smith of Niagara Falls, Billy Smith of Fort Erie, Dawn Tebow of Niagara Falls and Tanya Tebow of Welland; his grandchildren, Brandon Romeril, Billy Tebow, Hope Brousseau, Christian Brousseau, Austin Smith and Zachary Smith; his siblings, Myrtle Matthews, Douglas Brooks and Alvin Brooks; and his parents, Bessy and Alfred.
