She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kelley and Mildred Kelley (Rumsey); and her daughter Maureen Fenton. She is survived by: her significant other Murray.

Due to Covid restrictions there will be a private celebration of life for immediate family.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Cindy's name to the following organizations, Fort Erie First Baptist Church, Matthew House of Fort Erie, Compassion Canada, Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Walker Family Cancer Centre.
