He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Donaldson and Ethel Donaldson; and his siblings, John, Watson, James, David, Kenneth, Douglas, Anna, Ethel, Grace, Helen and Jessie.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Hutton of Fort Erie and Lily of Manchester England. He is also survived by extended family that includes in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
