He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn. He is survived by: his children, Brianne Smith (Josh) and Tucker; his grandson Luca; his father Ted Smith; and his siblings, Lee (Steve), Cory (LeeAnne), Tami and Jodi (Chad). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
