He was predeceased by: his sister Julie. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Burns and Reginald Burns; his siblings, Valerie, Todd and Marylynn; his children, Stephanie Murray (Bryan) and Tyler Burns (Emily); his grandchildren, Jack, Makenna and Camden; and his friend Teddy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to covid protocols a Graveside Ceremony will take place on Thursday July 8th, 2021 by invitation only.
