He is survived by: his wife Sonja Sophia Pietersen; his children, Jacob Andrew Pietersen (Teresa) of Dallas and Elisabeth Virginia "GiGi" St. Amand (Pat); his stepdaughter Sonja Rubienna Cox (Roy); his stepgrandchildren, Douglas Bunker (Christine), Rachel Leah Stevenson (Greg) and Renee Young (Brett); and his great grandchildren, Coltren, Skylar Young and Daxel Stevenson.
