He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray and Miriam. He is survived by: his spouse Jeanette Conway; his children, Josh and Shauna; his stepchild Jeremy; and his siblings, Sheila Bracken, Clair, Colleen Lake, Gary, Patti Breen, Terry, Jane Silvestre and Joe. He is also survived by many friends and his pool partners.
