She was predeceased by: her husband Helmut; and her children, Gary (Sharon) of Mississauga, Eva Pearce (Bev) of Ridgeway, Carol Genzer (Jeff) of Ridgeway, Steven (Karri) of Collingwood, Tina of Fort Erie and Henry.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sean McCooey (Melissa), Katie McCooey, Elaine Andrews (Stephen), Alex Genzer (Tina), Kristen Genzer, Darrell and Aether Albert; her stepgrandson Jon Pearce; her grandchildren, Nicolas, Ryan, Gwen and Caelan; and her friend Kathy.
