He is survived by: his wife Carrie McIntosh; his parents, Dr. Patricia Teal and Dr. David Henry; his siblings, Kathleen Henry and Dr. Patrick Henry (Christina Pinelli); his nephews, Finn and Hudson Henry; his sister-in-law Shannon Bebendorf (Leon); his nephews, Austin and Mateo; his niece Shaylah; his uncle John Teal (Paula); his aunt Florence Henry (late Bob); his cousins, John Teal (Joanna), Mark Teal (Lindsay), Bobbie and David Henry; and his godmother Anne-Marie Hudak (late Pat). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
