He was predeceased by: his wife Celia DeLazzari; his son John DeLazzari; his son-in-law Rob Petruniak; his brother Gino DeLazzari (late Antoinette); and his siblings-in-law, Carina Hughes (late Don), Louie Vendramin and Edo Vendramin (late Jeannine).
He is survived by: his children, Jerry DeLazzari (Sharon Page) and Chris Petruniak (Mark Traynor); his grandchildren, Alwyn DeMartino (Anthony), Jeannie Carrera (Biagio), Corey, Dereck DeLazzari, Alyssa and Celia Petruniak; his great grandchildren, Layla, Luca DeMartino and Marco Carrera; his brother Domenic DeLazzari (Jean); and his sister-in-law Audrey Vendramin.
