She is survived by: her parents, Rita and Larry; her daughter Kaylie Lynn; her brothers, Shawn and Tristan; her stepbrothers, Bobby and Brian; her sister Sydney; and her grandparents, Cor and Ina. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and by her close friend.

Masks are mandatory and must be worn while inside the building.
