He was predeceased by: his siblings, Freeman, Mary (Jack), Sheila, Phyllis and Margaret; and his parents, Lloyd O'Neill and Isabelle O'Neill.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Clare); his child Ashley (Kyle); his grandchildren, Kendra and Alivia; his children, Zackery and Curtis (Natalie); his grandchild Oaklynn; his children, J. C. and Julianne (Kyle); his grandchild Grayson; his mother-in-law Mae Clare; and his brothers-in-law, Steven (Kathy), Walter (Joan) and Jack (Shirley Spinks). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.
