It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Phibbs (Forest, Ontario), who passed away on February 25, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Phibbs and Christina Phibbs; and her brother Herbert Wayne Phibbs. She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Phibbs (Flo) of Sylvan Lake, Jack Phibbs (Gabbie) of Blind Bay and Wendy Wellington (Larry) of Forest, Ontario.; and her nieces and nephews, Jody Dyrland (Bart) of Sylvan Lake, Kelly Becker (Wade) of Sylvan Lake, Chad Wellington (Christie) of Forest, Ryann Hoskin (Tom) of Forest and Kim Wellington (Cory) of Corunna, Ontario..
