He is survived by: his children, Anthony "Tony" Jacobs (Chenoa), Angela Jacobs and Travis Chrisjohn; his grandchildren, Anthony, Carolina, Cayden, Kiona, River, Jasmine, Tyson, Tylahna, Talessa, Titan and Tiya; his siblings, Debra (Jim), Elizabeth, Cheryl, Diana Wolfe, Dennis, Beverly (Charmaine), Reginald (Angela) and Stanley (Sherrie); his sister-in-law Lisa; and his nieces, Mandy and Peggy Dawn.
