He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Goodhand and Ebba Goodhand; his brother Craig Goodhand (Cindy); his parents-in-law, Donald and Marjorie Steadman; and his brother-in-law David Sheryl Steadman.

He is survived by: his children, Lee Ann Woollings (Travis), Kevin Goodhand (Kate) and April Adair (Mike); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mason, Bryce, Morgan, Avery, Owen, Emma and Sofie; his siblings, Gary Goodhand (Judy), Sherry Anne Siddall (Terry) and Brenda Allen (Barry); and his brother-in-law Ross Steadman (Kathy).
