He was predeceased by: his parents, Petronella Bastiaansen and Peter Bastiaansen; and his brother Bill Bastiaansen (Tina). He is survived by: his wife Wilma Bastiaansen; and his grandchildren, Téa, Alicia, James and Marissa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
