It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Ruby Neil (Forest, Ontario), who passed away on April 21, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Neil. She is survived by: her children, Virginia Neil, Barb Steven (Brian) and John Neil (Carol); her grandchildren, Caitlin Steven (Rob), Allison Masse (Jason), Mitchell Steven (Mikayla), Maggie Steven, Connor Neil (Raeane) and Tyler Neil; her great grandchild Holly Masse; her sister Rosemary Wilkie of London; her sister-in-law Karen Munce of Oshawa; and her pets, Farm, Tarzanland and Mystery Trips.
