He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith (Mike) and Ruth Smith; and his grandson Keith Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Smith; his children, Susan Couture (Bill), Keith Smith (Kathy), Cindy McNeight (John), Tammy Smith (Michael) and Pamela Smith; his siblings, Richard, Marilyn and Carol; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Alice (Lothar), James and Tom. He is also survived by friends as a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather.
