He was predeceased by: his parents, Asenath Pearson (Green) and Russell Pearson; and his sister Peggy. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann, Shirley, Dennis (Melinda), Ken (Marg), Bruce (Karen) and Don (Juliette). He is also survived by six nieces and four nephews.
