She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Scherm and Greta Lindner. She is survived by: her spouse Uwe Willy; her grandchildren, Jimmy Aldridge, Adam Aldridge (Jenny), Cameron Seybold and Nicholas Seybold; and her siblings, Marianne Leyendecker, Lothar Scherm and Gisela Ehms. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
