He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Booth and Beverly Booth. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Booth; his son Ryan (Dana); his grandchild MacKenzie; and his sisters, Anne and Patti. He is also survived by his niece, nephews, extended family and friends.
