He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Bressette Boutcher; his brother David W. Boutcher; and his stepmother Shirley Boutcher. He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Payson; his father David I Boutcher; his siblings, Yvette, Jeff and Gloria; his son Brian Boutcher (Jenna); and his stepdaughters, Jerri Peyson and Angela Geikes. He is also survived by several grandchildren; nephews and nieces; aunts and uncles; and cousins.
