He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn; his brother Bruce Whitehead; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Whitehead. He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Terry) and Pam Proulx (Russ); and his grandchildren, Eric, Chantelle Proulx and Jill Whitehead.
