The memory of Norine Souter (Fonthill, Ontario), born in Welland, Ontario, who passed away on July 4, 2024 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Norris Marshall "Pete" Souter; her parents, Sydney Gill and Audrey Gill; her brother Arthur Gill; her niece LeeAnn Green; and her nephew David Green.
She is survived by: her brothers, Norman Gill (Elaine) and Charles Gill (Beverley); her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Green (late Allan) and Sharon Cripps (late John); and her nieces and nephews, David Gill (Elizabeth), Nancy Gill, Donna Gill (Sean Wilson), Ron Gill, Cheryl Loisel (Herven), Leslie Green (John Herter), Catherine Fowler (Colin), Janet Cripps (Christopher Zanuttini) and John Cripps (Jennifer Reeder). She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, and great-great nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Niagara Health Foundation (Welland Site), the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital (Dunnville) or Bethany United Church (Attercliffe).
