He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie. He is survived by: his wife Carla; his son Josh (Melissa); his stepchildren, Arabella (John) and Levi (Ally); his brother Kent (Sharon); and his brothers-in-law, Jim (Bev), Matt (Judith), Calvin (Cheryl) and Joel. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
