He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Ellsworth; his son Shawn William Ellsworth (Sonia); his grandchildren, Spencer and Cameron Ellsworth; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Rae Oram, Charlotte Lee Dussault (Robert) and Wendy Lynn Pinder-Doede (Steve). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
