He was predeceased by: his son Tom; his parents, Maria and Tom; his stepson John Stanley; his son-in-law Brian Honsberger; and his siblings, Steve, Joe, John, Dan, Anthony, Molly and Sarah.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Dominic; his stepdaughter Cynthia Honsberger; his sister Lucy Kratz; and his sisters-in-law, Eva, Connie and Norma. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
