It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hilda Margaret McKinlay of Fonthill, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Archibald McKinlay; her siblings, James Kennedy Galbraith and Muriel; and her parents, Mildred Galbraith and Henry Galbraith.

She is survived by: her children, Henry (Yvonne), Mildred (Brian Gillespie), Bill (Kim) and Jim (late Gina Elsley); and her grandchildren, Jennifer (Ray Dizon), Andrew (Shannon Kernaghan), Calum (late Saori Takagi) and Darcy (Mike Gonek).

In lieu of flowers donations to Georgian Bay General Hospital (gbghf.ca) would be welcomed in Hilda's memory.
