He was predeceased by: his wife Rev. Freda Mae MacDonald (Wade); and his brother-in-law Ken Wade. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Anne of Vienna, Austria, Jim (Theresie Tungilik) of Rankin Inlet and Bill (Linda) of Fonthill, Ontario.; his grandchildren, Priscilla (Dave), Dustin (Rachael), Max (Melaine), Alannah and Caitlin; his great grandchildren, Jonathan of Kaylee, DJ, Abigail, Yzabell, Natalie, Hannah and Gwendolyn; and his siblings, Margaret MacDonald and Dr. Mac MacDonald (Judy).
