He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane and Gordon Welstead; and his brothers, Gary and Greg. He is survived by: his close friend Shirley; his sister Sharon Moore (Lorne); his children, Eva Duncan (Jeff) and Gordon; and his stepchildren, Bob Abell (Sandra) and Laurie Abell.
