He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Cathy; his uncle Gerry; his friend Bellies; his son Rick; his brother Glenn; his friend Henny; his wife Gwenn; his children, Sylvia (Phil), Kelly (Rick), Kirk (Dawn), Karri (Michael) and Carol (Dave); his grandchildren, Dylin (Tracy), Kevin (Agata), Katy (Jon), Anneka, Kiera, Liam, Phoebe, Taylor, Isaak, Lucas, Ryleigh and Krystyna; and his siblings, Jack (Nella), Siem (Theresa), John (Nancy), Hans, Lea, Bill (Christine), Leslie (Bruce), Tony (Joanne), David (Barbara) and Van Berkel.
