We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Gerald MacDonald (Fonthill, Ontario), born in Welland, Ontario. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Gerald MacDonald to show support.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Betty, Alex and John; and his parents, Patrick MacDonald and Anne McLaren.

He is survived by: his wife Regina; his children, Robert (Catharine MacDonald), Ellen (Vic Beacock) and Doug (Karen Gleeson); his grandchildren, Sarah Hlady (Todd Hlady), Erin MacDonald, Amy MacDonald, Ian Beacock, Spencer Beacock (Kate Hale-Wilkes) and Emily Beacock; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Emmett Hlady.

As per the Province of Ontario COVID regulations, visitation attendance is limited to 30% of building capacity. Attendance will be monitored to maintain capacity and social distancing will be practiced for the health and safety of guests and staff.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to either the Juravinski Cancer Centre or the Kirk-on-the-Hill Presbyterian Church.
