He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Russell and Edith Russell; and his brother John Russell. He is survived by: his wife Frances Louise Russell; his stepson Michael Turner (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Vanessa) and Marcie (Josh); his great grandchildren, Brycen and Bria; his children, Scott Russell and Alexis Rogers; and his grandchildren, Tiffany and Conrad.
