It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Hurst (Fonthill, Ontario), who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of David Hurst to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Miller and Richard Rankin Hurst; his wife Janet (Davidson); and his siblings, Richard, Muriel and Marjorie.

He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Savage (Mike Savage), Carolyn Hurst (Grant Westcott), Laura Roome (Tim Roome) and Valerie McMurtry (Armando Mano); his grandchildren, Kate Carolan (Josh), Ian Stephenson, David, Thomas, Matthew McMurtry, Jeffrey, Christopher Roome and Charlotte Westcott; and his great grandchild Louise Carolan.

Donations in lieu of flowers are welcome at Children's Aid Foundation of Canada, or a charity of your choice.
