He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Blackmore and Percy Blackmore. He is survived by: his sister Eileen; his wife Sylvia Phillips; his children, Norman (Sharon), Cynthia and Douglas; his daughter-in-law Sara; his grandchildren, Robert (Jodi), Philip, Laura, Christina, Daniel and Stephanie; and his great grandchildren, Julia and Jasmine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
