He was predeceased by: his sibling Derek Zavitz. He is survived by: his parents, Kirk Zavitz and Jocelyn Zavitz; his sibling Carolyn Bolduc (Lance); and his significant other Miko. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
