She was predeceased by: her husband Kazimierz Kot. She is survived by: her children, Jan Kot (Barbara Miller), Maria Hunt Napanee (Michael), Helena Kot Portage (late Don MacLennan), Teresa Azzolin Ajax (Ty) and Lucy Frehner Flinton (Marty). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
