It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steward James Derwin Madill (Flesherton, Ontario), who passed away on June 2, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gerald, Ina (Doug), Clayton, Joyce (Roy) and Mervyn.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Darwin'Chip'Madill of Markdale and Dawn Dawe (Ray) of Markdale; his grandchildren, Anthony'Tony' (Eastlind McCormick), Nicky (Jesse Jamieson) and Rayanne Dawe; his sisters, Ruth (Wayne), Darlene and Bonnie (Jack); and his sisters-in-law, Geraldine, Linda and Darlene. He is also survived by extended family includes many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Centre Grey Health Services Foundation – Markdale Site or Chapman House Hospice, would be greatly appreciated.
