We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2024, at the age of 61, Peter Gordon DeLaat (Flesherton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter DeLaat and Jean DeLaat; his brothers, Leonard and Lambert DeLaat (Loney); and his father-in-law Glen Russell.

He is survived by: his children, Ryan (Ashley), Shawn (Alexandra) and Alyson (Justin); his grandson Dominic; his mother-in-law Verneita Russell; and his siblings, Gary of British Columbia, Richard (Lois) of New Brunswick, Paul (Bibi) of Scarborough, Mary (Tex) of Flesherton, Donna (Alan) of British Columbia, Norma of Meaford and Glenn (Marilynn) of Ceylon.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Markdale Hospital Foundation or Markdale District Foodbank would be greatly appreciated.
