He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his sons, Jake, Sam, Nicholas, Ben and Matt; his parents, Suzanne and John; his grandfathers, Robert Crawford, Harold and Holstein-Rathlou; his brothers, Aaron of Priceville, Zachary of Priceville and Cody (Rocio) of Fergus; his nieces and nephews, Savannah, Kayden and Hudson; his mother-in-law Robin Kowall; and his brother-in-law Awesome Josh. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family.
