She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale; and her friend Donna Croft. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle (Helena Briand) of Ajax; her sister Sheila Flear of Markdale; her children, Donald Flear and Barbara Stevens; her brother-in-law Bill Campbell of Nepean; her niece Janet Campbell Stewart; and her nephew Scott Campbell.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, Jessie has requested donation to Sick Kid's Hospital or Centre Grey Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
